I am 100% certain that without Jesse, we would never have made it to the closing table on the house that was an absolute dream for us be able to purchase. In fact, we wouldn’t even have been in the ballgame without her. She had her eyes peeled for us for YEARS… we are little fish in the very big pond that is the Crested Butte real estate market, but she was still always on the hunt for us, always made us feel like we were her only clients (even though we knew she’s probably the busiest realtor in town), and always assured us that the perfect house would come along – and when it did – she let us know immediately and scheduled one of the first showings on it so we could put in a solid offer. But she was on top of and guided us through every financing and appraisal hurdle we encountered along the way, and made every negotiation with the sellers and the seller’s agent seamless – even enjoyable. So much so that we exchanged thank you letters with the sellers after closing. The solid relationships she’s cultivated over the years with every other entity you deal with during a real estate transaction proved to be a huge asset for us whenever we had to navigate any obstacles. I cannot overstate how indispensable Jesse was to every single step of our real estate transaction. I have known Jesse for years, but developed a new and profound respect for her professionally after she represented us in the purchase of our home. You will NOT find a realtor in Crested Butte who is more well-respected, more experienced or dialed-into the community, one who will work harder for you or one who has a stronger moral compass than Jesse does. That – combined with how chill and down-to-earth she is – makes her a delight to work with. Things that seem effortless on her part are really just a pro with years of experience, tacit knowledge, and hard work under her belt that’s made her really great at what she does.
