I am so excited to let you know that the Majestic Theatre is reopening!! There will be a Grand Opening party on September 23rd from 5-10pm and it will be officially open to the public on September 24th at 10am. The incredible part about this is that it is reopening all through generous donations from the community and visitors!! Can you believe it? The market certainly heated up in August, watch my video at the top of my email for all of the details! Buyers have reentered the market after the initial shock of the interest rates. We also had more good news from the mortgage world, the Federal Housing Finance Committee announced that they are raising the conforming loan limits from $647,200 to $715,000! This is going to be really helpful for buyers in our market, allowing them to finance up to $715,000 and avoid the Jumbo Loan requirements and usually higher rates.
